ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE Clackamas county Amateur Radio Emergency Services, INC a 501(c)(3) corporation
The Clackamas ARES (CARES) funding arm Clackamas county Amateur Radio Emergency Services, INC. a 501(c)(3) corporation will hold its annual meeting PRIOR to the December 2024 monthly CARES meeting.

New members (CARES membership of less than 6 months) are excluded from voting.

CARES member attendees may nominate and vote for each of the officer positions.

A statement may be offered by each of the nominees.

A vote will be conducted for each of the nominees and in turn a winner of the officer seat will be recorded by the secretary.

CARES 501(c)(3) annual meeting 2024 elections results:

Mitch Bayersdorfer (W7MDB) – President (elected). Office term expires 31-Dec-2024
Joe Marek (N7KPL) – Treasurer (elected). Office term expires 31-Dec-2024
Steve Jensen (KE7GXC) – Secretary (re-elected). Office term expires 31-Dec-2024
Ron Pestes (KI7FCG) – Director Position #1. Office term expires 31-Dec-2024
Al Hennig (KI7ATP) – Director Position #2. Office term expires 31-Dec-2024
Eric Dausman (KD7DNM) – Director position #3 (re-elected as director) expires 31-Dec-2025
The following CARES 501(c)(3) positions are up for election:

President — Office term expires 31-Dec-2024
Treasurer — Office term expires 31-Dec-2024
Secretary — Office term expires 31-Dec-2024
Director Position #1 — Office term expires 31-Dec-2024
Director Position #2 — Office term expires 31-Dec-2024

All officers will begin their 2025 terms 01-January-2025.
