The CARES “FREQUNCY-NET INFORMATION” page has been updated with the “GREEN” plan, that was released on 5/30/25.

The files for printed charts and CHIRP (and RT Systems) radio programming are available from the “ICS-217A Comm Plan Files” sub-menu (drop-down from the main FREQUENCY-NET INFORMATION menu).

NUMBERING FOR CHANNELS AFTER THE FIRST 10 HAVE CHANGED!

Please note that the channel numbers for CLAC 1 through CLAC 10 have not changed from what they were in the YELLOW plan. However, CLAC11 has been moved from the end of the YELLOW plan list to channel 11 on the GREEN plan. This change, and other additions and deletions, have resulted in shifts in the channel numbers for all the remaining channels in the list.
