The CARES 220 repeater is online for testing…. its been operating for a bunch of days at my QTH.
Note: The controller’s configuration is not finalized 🙂
The repeater is operating using the Raspberry Pi based controller from www.ics-ctrl.com — it uses svxlink control software: svxlink.org
220 repeater frequency: 224.180 MHz
Negative offset of: 1.6 MHz
Tx frequency: 222.580 MHz
Access / PL tone: 103.5

The controller is currently configured to send out a voice ID & code ID fairly often, so if you hear it you may be able to raise it 🙂
BTW, a DTMF tone sequence of #* will cause it to ID. The repeater is connected up to the duplexer and a 220 MHz cut J-pole antenna
I recommend you program your radio for this repeater frequency.
Please give it a go and let me know what your testing results are.

If I hear you raising the repeater — be the first to have a conversation with me ! 🙂
