The CARES ‘RED’ Comm Plan has been updated to “U2”. New spreadsheet files, in .xls and .csv formats, have been made available on the “CARES RED Comm Plan files” page, listed under the “FREQUENCY-NET INFORMATION” menu.

In addition to tone-frequency changes on LO5, LO6 and WILS2 (on the “2m & 70cm” sheet), a “Change Log” sheet has been added to the .xls spreadsheet, making it easier to see what the differences are on each update or color (major version) change.
